Santa Maria El Mirador is a nonprofit intermediate care facility serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential and community-based services. With locations in Santa Fe, Espaola, and Alcalde, we are a mission-driven organization committed to high-quality care, compliance, and excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, mission-focused Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership. The CEO will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and nonprofit governance standards, work closely with the Board of Directors, and uphold the highest standards of care and organizational integrity.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, business, healthcare, or education administration
Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit healthcare or human services
Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance, healthcare regulations, and fiscal oversight

Salary: $150,000$200,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
