Description
SLO Credit Union is seeking its next CEO with the impending retirement of its current CEO. The ideal candidate will lead with high integrity, be a strong communicator, be a strategic thinker with a passion for embracing technology, delivering operational efficiencies, and driving smart growth for the organization as its next President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Will be adept at building strong working relationships with Board, Staff & Community Partners. We are looking for someone who has strong financial and risk management background. A deep understanding of ALM, trends and loan risks.We are a small but mighty credit union with a heart for our members and dedicated to improving their financial lives. We are located along the Central Coast of California in lovely San Luis Obispo.
