Position Summary
Due to an upcoming retirement, Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the organization’s next phase of strategic growth toward becoming a $10 billion organization. The CFO will provide leadership for Langley’s financial operations, capital management, enterprise risk management, and compliance functions, ensuring financial strength, scalability, and alignment with the Credit Union’s mission to enhance member value and community impact. The CFO will serve as a key member of the Executive Team, partnering across the organization to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of senior financial leadership within a credit union or banking environment and a proven ability to connect financial vision with organizational purpose. Experience in a financial institution with assets exceeding $1 billion is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
