The Housing Authority of Milwaukee is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership over financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. This role partners with executive management and the Board to develop financial strategy, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support organizational growth, while directing select administrative functions to ensure efficient operations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; 10-12 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
