The Jacksonville (FL) Housing Authority is seeking a highly qualified COO to plan, direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate housing operations for Housing Management, RAD, LIHTC , Housing Choice Vouchers, Maintenance, Real Estate Development, and the Capital Fund. JHA is a HUD high-performer under PHAS and a standard performer under SEMAP and was awarded the FAHRO designation as the outstanding large housing authority in Florida in 2023. The agency has recently issued $41 million in bonds to further expand affordable housing. The agency’s programs are administered by 200 employees and governed by a seven-member Board. The annual operating budget is $110 million. The salary range is $174,402 to 249,703.  The application must include a one-page cover letter, a two-page resume, and three professional references.
