Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director

The Village of Manteno, in partnership with the Manteno Chamber of Commerce, is seeking a full-time Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director. This role oversees marketing, public relations, community engagement, and special event planning to strengthen the Village's presence and support local initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in special event planning and community outreach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern office equipment
• Valid Illinois driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Village and Chamber events
• Manage marketing campaigns, public relations, and communications
• Supervise volunteers and maintain event databases
• Assist with budget planning and annual marketing plan
• Promote community engagement and strengthen local partnerships
