What You’ll Do:

Champion academic excellence and student success across all programs.
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with our mission and market opportunities.
Oversee organizational performance, including revenue growth and operational excellence.
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
Foster a culture of ethics, innovation, and collaboration.
Represent FLVS and FlexPoint with education leaders, government officials, and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Business, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years in executive-level leadership within education or business management.
Proven success in strategic planning, operational leadership, and team development.
Experience in Florida K-12 education and online learning environments preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influence skills.
