Deffet Group, Inc. is pleased to have been retained by St. Anne’s Retirement Community to conduct an executive search for a President.
St. Anne’s Retirement Community (SARC) is a faith-based, not-for-profit Life Plan Community (LPC) located on 62 acres in Columbia, Pennsylvania, designed to meet the diverse and changing needs of older adults. Since 1928, SARC has served the community with compassionate care services and is known for its warm, welcoming environment and commitment to person-centered care. Sponsored by the Adorers of the Blood of Christ and affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, the community is centered around Catholic values while welcoming individuals regardless of any faith orientation.
SARC is seeking a President to lead the community in meeting the needs of the next generation. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, this individual is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of SARC.
The successful candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s highly preferred) and ideally, a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare administration or related field. Prior experience managing a large-scale continuing care retirement community (CCRC), including a solid understanding of the financial aspects, is highly desirable. Our finalist will demonstrate skills in strategic leadership, financial acumen, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Must have a current license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain.
