Responsibilities:

• Lead origination and execution of primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment materials

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in banking, asset management, or PE with infrastructure focus
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
