Responsibilities
The Vice President of Offerings - Cybersecurity serves as the executive business owner of NWN's Cybersecurity portfolio. This role is accountable for strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, go-to-market execution, partner ecosystem, and full financial performance.
The primary mandate is to scale Cybersecurity into a top growth and margin engine for NWN while embedding EMP and AI into every security offering to drive differentiation, automation, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Portfolio Strategy:
· Own the full cybersecurity portfolio including MDR/XDR, SOC services, PTaaS/Red Team, Cloud, Identity, Network Security, and Risk & Compliance.
· Define and execute a multi-year cybersecurity growth and margin strategy.
· Lead portfolio rationalization, modernization, and differentiation initiatives.
· Maintain competitive positioning against Arctic Wolf, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Secureworks, and emerging competitors.
Product, Roadmap & Differentiation:
· Own the cybersecurity product and service roadmap aligned to EMP, AI, and agentic automation.
· Define MVPs, phased releases, and monetization models.
· Ensure all cybersecurity offers are market-ready, sales-ready, and delivery-ready.
· Drive predictive detection, automated response, and experience-based security outcomes.
Pricing, Packaging & Financial Performance:
· Own pricing architecture, bundles, tiers, and commercial models.
· Ensure margin-based design across all cybersecurity offers.
· Build value-based and outcome-based pricing frameworks.
· Own bookings, revenue, margin, and contribution performance.
Go-To-Market Enablement:
· Define cybersecurity GTM strategy including ICPs, vertical plays, and value propositions.
· Develop sales plays, use cases, and packaged solutions.
· Oversee creation of enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, ROI tools, and training.
· Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, win rates, and deal size.
Partner Ecosystem:
· Own cybersecurity partner strategy, selection, tiering, and rationalization.
· Lead partner commercial negotiations and GTM alignment.
· Ensure partner portfolio improves differentiation, delivery capability, and margin.
Delivery & Customer Outcomes:
· Partner with the COO and Delivery leadership to ensure standardized service definitions and cost-to-serve discipline.
· Drive automation adoption and experience-based SLAs.
· Own post-sale adoption, churn, NPS, and expansion revenue.
Governance & Operating Rhythm:
· Run monthly Cybersecurity Offer Business Reviews.
· Present quarterly performance to ELT and Board.
· Track bookings, pipeline, margin, roadmap delivery, and service performance.
· Own cybersecurity contribution to NWN's corporate strategic plan.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
· Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity offer management team.
· Serve as the primary point of alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, IT, Finance, and Partner teams.
· Establish clear decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in cybersecurity, managed services, or product/portfolio leadership.
- 7+ years owning portfolio, P&L, or offer strategy.
- Deep expertise in MDR/XDR, SOC, cloud security, identity, and compliance.
- Proven record of scaling revenue and margin.
- Strong executive communication and board presence.
- Commercial mindset with strong technical credibility.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional client facing and internal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Individual must be able to travel nationally to all regions (~25% of the time).
