Description
Join the Product Tooling team to shape how we leverage AI/ML to transform product development and unlock new ways of working at scale. This role is about more than features - it's about reimagining the experience of building products with AI as a trusted partner. From intelligent copilots and generative documentation to predictive insights and automated workflows, you will define how AI accelerates innovation across the entire product development lifecycle.As a Vice President in the Product Tooling team, you will lead the integration of artificial intelligence across our enterprise platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to bring breakthrough capabilities to life, while aligning with senior executives on strategy, adoption, and impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to set a new standard for how a global enterprise innovates.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI/ML product vision and strategy for enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered experiences that improve productivity, decision-making, and product development outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and data science to translate advanced ML/GenAI research into production-ready, scalable solutions.
- Reimagine product development workflows from planning and requirements through release with AI embedded at every stage.
- Drive adoption and change management across business units, ensuring AI capabilities are embraced and delivering measurable business and customer value.
- Establish and operationalize responsible AI principles, ensuring trust, transparency, and compliance in all employee-facing AI solutions.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team focused on AI/ML innovation.
- Represent the AI/ML product strategy with executive leadership and senior stakeholders, shaping the company's AI narrative.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML product strategy and execution at scale from zero-to-one initiatives to mature platform adoption.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, and applied AI use cases within enterprise environments.
- Experience driving transformation within a large, matrixed organization, with the ability to influence across functions and business units.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts with clarity and inspire confidence at all levels.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Adobe Analytics, Figma) and AI models (e.g., GPT-5).
- Demonstrated success in leading platform products that support broad internal or external user bases.
- Strong understanding of, or experience working within, an agile scrum development framework.
- Expeirence leading a team.
